I have been working in the field of social work since 1995. My experience includes child welfare, health care, adults and children with disabilities, adoption and family mediation. I enjoy helping families to reduce destructive conflict and co-parent in a way that benefits kids. My experience within the health care system, and with adults and children with special needs, allows me to support families with awareness of the additional challenges they face. I have experience working with children and adults who are neurodiverse. I have worked with hundreds of children and youth over thirty years. In addition, I am comfortable assisting families to navigate conflicts around religion and spiritual development for children. I conduct sessions in person, on-line and by teleconference depending on scheduling, availability and distance. I am willing to travel around BC to assist families. I am a Registered Social Worker through the BC College of Social Workers and I engage in annual professional development regarding family law and mental health issues.
